This is an opportunity for business people from Croatia and abroad to familiarize themselves with some of the latest advancements in agriculture and the food industry, forestry, the wood industry, veterinary medicine, food safety, fisheries, as well as advancements in ecological and traditional food production.

The International ARCA Evaluation Jury will assess all innovations listed in the Catalogue. The members are distinguished experts from Croatia and participating countries.
Based on the criteria defined in the Rulebook, the jury will make decisions on awarding official prizes – medals (gold, silver, bronze, and the ARCA Grand Prize). Innovations will be evaluated according to the following criteria: creativity involved in developing the innovation, the commercial value of the innovation (expected or achieved), technical-technological level of the innovation, ecological, health, or safety relevance, and other criteria set by the Evaluation Jury.
With this approach, we are confident that the ARCA awards will go to the best.
The awards will be presented to the winners at a formal ceremony at the exhibition, attended by government officials, journalists, and exhibitors.
As part of the AGRO ARCA exhibition, all exhibitors and interested visitors will have the opportunity to receive advice on how to realize their ideas and innovations — from financing and protection to commercialization. This information will be provided at the exhibition by representatives of state and civil organizations that are part of the innovation chain, starting with the organizer — the Croatian Union of Innovators — and including the State Intellectual Property Office, the Croatian Chamber of Economy, HBOR, relevant ministries, and others.
The Croatian Union of Innovators has also launched a series of lectures and presentations on innovation and the work of the association through webinars.
AGRO ARCA is also accompanied every year by workshops for elementary and high school students. This year, we will hold numerous STEM workshops for participants of all ages throughout all three days of the fair. New accompanying activities at the fair will be announced in future posts, and until then, get ready for exhibiting at this year’s AGRO ARCA and don’t forget to visit us during the fair, which will be held every day from 10:00 to 18:00 at the National and University Library in Zagreb
Entrance for fair visitors is free, and the fair itself has a sales character, so you will definitely take home something from the presented products.
